Formed by a love of history, we love keeping as much of the bones of a structure as we can. Marrying in your personality is what really brings a home together!

Our Approach

Here at Dilemma Designs we try our best to keep the lines of communication open. Our larger projects from initial greetings to design layout , architectural plans ,budgeting, permitting, project timelines, construction phase to completion, it's a journey that could take 9 months to a year. We will help you every step of the way.

Our Network

We are a referral based company. As I helped various clients with their sometimes problematic projects word soon spread of this and before you know it, it seemed like that's all the calls we got were from people that had issues relating to previous contractors or fixing other people's mistakes. HGTV is great but sometimes those shows do not really show the true timeline and budget it takes to get you through completions. I do not do this alone with a collective 50+ years experience our network is vast! From architects, structural engineers, electricians, plumbers, roofers and the list goes on various contractors that help us get your vision from a thought to reality.
